As the founder of Simply Intuitive I'm passionate about helping women find peace with food and their bodies because I believe you have unique gifts to share in the world, that we need right now.  In order to do that you must have a foundation of a body that is bold, free, and fueled with radiant energy.

Professionally, as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, and Health & Well-Being Coach with 15+ years of experience, I've guided hundreds through their healing journeys. Personally, as a high achieving biracial Black cisgender woman and lifelong athlete, I've gone through my own healing journey too.

What makes my approach different? I understand the complex demands of your busy life. This isn't just about learning intuitive eating principles—it's about applying them to your beautiful, full, everyday reality to create sustainable energy through food, movement, and a harmonious relationship with your body and mind.

faq

What if I can't make all the sesssions?

If you have to miss a week you can watch the session recordings on your own time.  Replays will be available through the end of June.

How do I select in person or virutal? Can I do both?

Upon registration you will receive a confirmation email. You will reply to it and indicate if you would like to participate in person or virtually.  In person participants will then receive additional details about the location.  

All in person participants will receive the virtual session recordings.  If you do need to miss a Monday in person session or two, you can always join the virtual Tuesday session or watch the recordings.  

How to I schedule my 45 minute 1:1 session? 

Details on signing up for you private 1:1 session will be shared during the course. These sessions will take place in May and you can find a time on Erin's calendar that works best for you! 

How much time should I dedicate each week for this course? 

Do what works best for your schedule.  There is no right or wrong here!  Both the education sessions and group coaching sessions are 1 hour long.  You can join live or watch the recordings.  Readings and resources will be provided throughout the course and can be saved.

Is the pre-course consultation required?

No, this is simply an open invitation to get your questions answered and connect briefly with Erin before our sessions begin in April.
